The restaurant accommodates up to max. 80 people, in the Heumilch Hall we can make groups up to 40 people cozier. By opening the Heumilch Hall, the maximum group size is 120 people. In our group menu card, we have various ideas and menu suggestions. Of course, we also create your personal favorite dish or your desired menu at your request.

Weddings

A perfect wedding requires a location where fine dining and lively celebration can take place. We transform our restaurant into an elegant, festive venue, decorated according to your wishes. Our experienced event team organizes decoration, aperitif, and banquet for you. We look forward to contributing to your big day.

Family Celebrations

The Milchmanufaktur Einsiedeln is ideal for family celebrations such as baptisms, birthdays, or other private parties. Whether you plan a standing reception or a banquet, we offer the appropriate setting in one of our various locations. Upon request, you can complement your event with a tour of the cheese dairy or a cheese-making offer. Our experienced event team is happy to help design the celebration with you.
