Share your wishes and ideas with us, and we will be delighted to put together your individual event so that you feel completely at ease. The special ambiance of Milchmanufaktur Einsiedeln transforms your event into a unique experience for young and old alike.
The restaurant accommodates up to a maximum of 80 persons, and in the Heumilch Hall we can cater for groups of up to 40 persons. By opening the Heumilch Hall, the maximum group size is 120 persons. Our group menu features various ideas and menu suggestions. Of course, we also prepare your individual favourite dish or your desired menu.
Weddings
A perfect wedding requires a venue where you can enjoy fine dining and celebrate in style. We transform our restaurant into an elegant, festive setting, decorated entirely to your wishes. Our competent events team organises decoration, aperitif and banquet for you. We are delighted to contribute to your special day.
Family Celebrations
Milchmanufaktur Einsiedeln is ideal for family celebrations such as christenings, birthdays or other private occasions. Whether you are planning a standing aperitif or a banquet, we offer the perfect setting in one of our various locations. If desired, you can enhance your event with a guided tour of the cheese dairy or a cheese-making experience. Our experienced events team looks forward to helping you shape the celebration.
Corporate Events - Seminars - Association Events
Are you planning a corporate dinner, Christmas meal, association meeting, team outing, workshop or seminar? We have basic seminar infrastructure, but we are not a classical conference venue. With us you will find the perfect setting to escape the corporate everyday into a different world. We are happy to offer participants insight into the world of dairy processing with one of our offerings and to organise your event according to your wishes with our experienced events team.

Habe eine Reisegruppe dort hin gebracht und wieder abgeholt.
Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich heute dort wohlgefühlt! 😊 Alle Mitarbeitenden waren äusserst freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war hervorragend und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Auch der Shop ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
