Since I can remember, I wanted to cook. As a young boy, I watched my mother over her shoulder, smelled, tasted, marveled – and knew: I want to do that too. Cooking was never just a profession for me but a calling.
My journey took me through renowned kitchens across Europe: from the legendary Savoy in London, through the Seehotel Töpferhaus in Germany, to the Seeschlösschen at Timmendorfer Strand. I had the opportunity to learn from top chefs like Dirk Luther and Alfons Schuhbeck – and these experiences have shaped me to this day. Later, I moved to Switzerland, where I worked at the Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois in Basel and as a head chef at the DCT Hospitality School in Vitznau.
Today, I am on the road with my own food truck, bringing you enjoyment, quality, and honest cuisine directly onto your plate – or better said: straight into your hand.

Willi's Poke Bowls
April to October
Whether vegetarian, vegan, or with fish and meat – my poke bowls are real energy bombs with plenty of ingredients. All lovingly prepared and full of flavor. Special favorites include my sashimi salmon from sustainable farming and Swiss chicken cooked sous-vide. Starting in 2025, I will introduce new Fried Chicken Bowls, keeping it exciting as long as it’s delicious.
Willi's Ramen Soups
November to April
Perfect for the cold season: homemade ramen with up to 15 ingredients, from vegan to Pork Belly. The broths are naturally made – whether vegetarian or chicken stock. A spoonful of that, and you're in culinary heaven.
Year-round: Japanese Gyoza
Handmade, fried, served on a bed of Asian salad and fried rice. Topped with my house-made spice mix – Willi's Wurstmeister. You have to try this.

Want to celebrate but don't want to spend hours in the kitchen? Then I come to you. I cook in your kitchen – you can watch over my shoulder or just enjoy the evening. Whether birthday party, corporate event, or family gathering: I bring restaurant feeling to your home.
