Whether before or after a cozy walk, alone or with the whole family, we pamper you with a rich brunch. Afterwards, enjoy the view over the gentle hills of the Appenzell region to Alpstein and much further... and recharge energy for the upcoming week. Our bread, Zopf, croissants, and traditional cookies come from our own bakery. Eggs, milk, and various Appenzell cheeses come from the nearby region. Try the Appenzeller specialties such as Mostbröckli, smoked bacon, and boiled sausages with chäshörnli and apple sauce. To finish, Cupli Cava or a glass of Flauder make the brunch at Gasthaus Hirschen in Wald AR an experience.
