On Sundays from 08:00 – 11:00 am, you can enjoy our authentic «Buurä Zmorgä» (farmer's breakfast) at our Milchmanufaktur restaurant. The rustic «Buurä» buffet with freshly baked, crispy bread, croissants, rolls, «Jeannette's Buuräzopf», jam from Amselspitz, Swiss honey, Goldapfel chocolate spread, butter, Einsiedler meat platters, boiled «Trachslauer eggs», Einsiedler mountain milk yogurt, Einsiedler mountain milk, homemade Birchermüesli, flakes and cornflakes, fruit smoothies, milkshakes, Einsiedler whey, fresh apple juice from Lützelhof, table water, and «Drei Herzen» coffee (1 non-alcoholic drink included) is ready for you to enjoy. The highlight of the «Buurä Zmorgä» is our unique cheese buffet, where you'll be expertly guided. To keep the children entertained, we have set up a children's play area for our youngest guests.
