Once the Rheinau Monastery was wealthy, and so it could afford a splendid, Baroque banquet hall in its mill building, where celebrations took place - and continue to take place. The monastery courtyard was redesigned and a à la carte restaurant was built. We are the restaurant operation Klostergarten on the monastery island Rheinau. A beautiful place in the Zurich wine country. On the monastery island, our guests enjoy a diverse culinary offering. Self-service restaurant Klostergarten under trees directly by the Rhine. In the historic vaults under protection, there is the elegant restaurant and for small and large events on the 2nd floor, the impressive Baroque banquet hall - the Mill Hall.
