Experience Indonesia's rich variety of flavors combined with colorful spices! To achieve the authentic taste of Indonesian dishes, you first need to learn about the spices. In this cooking class, we will introduce all the exotic spices before cooking with them. The goal of this course is for you to be able to prepare Indonesian dishes at home as well. You will find that "savory" doesn't always mean spicy (but if you, like the Indonesians, are a fan of spicy foods, you will also get your money's worth).
In this hands-on class, participants will prepare 4 different dishes and share the delicious results in the class. Vegetarians, please inform us when booking.
