Since 2010, we have been regularly organizing public PowerPoint Karaoke events in Bern. And almost as long, we are also gladly welcome guests at celebrations and team events of all kinds with our show. All we need is a projector or large screen and an expectant audience. After a short and humorous introduction on the topic "Confident Presence in Total Ignorance," it’s time to go:
The bravest guests take on the task of presenting a slide set brought by us on an exotic topic and pretend to be THE expert. We support, motivate, and provide top entertainment!
Possible Procedure
- The host or hostess arrives at the event location about half an hour before the start and connects their laptop to the projector or large screen.
- At the beginning of the show, there is an introduction on the topic "Confident Demeanor." This part can be kept shorter and tailored to the customer’s wishes.
- Then, brave guests take the stage and present, for the amusement of the other guests, one of the over a hundred available slides sets on an exotic subject.
- If desired, the event can be structured as a playful competition. The winner can win a funny prize.
Good to Know
Good to Know 1: The event always works — whether there are 10 or 150 people, lively youths or elderly seniors, management, specialist, or support staff — all it takes is a bit of courage. Our hosts understand how to adapt the event to the respective audience.
Good to Know 2: The show works very well during an aperitif or during breaks between starter, main course, and dessert.
Good to Know 3: As communication professionals, we can also conduct the event as a crash course in presentation skills tailored to the client. In a relaxed manner, we provide inspiration and entertainment at the same time. Participants practice speaking in front of an audience and at the end, can showcase their newly acquired skills in a humorous setting.
