After a small aperitif, we put on aprons and arm ourselves with cooking spoons to create a 4- or 5-course menu of world-class quality. The individual courses are served in the cozy dinner with perfectly matched wines – a true feast for the senses! Between the courses, you'll learn more about the selected wines and receive valuable tips for the perfect pairing of dishes and wines for your own creations.

Who is Alberto Russo?
Alberto Russo is an experienced gastronomer who, after completing his culinary apprenticeship, graduating from hotel management school and further training as a diploma hotelier/restaurateur and certified sommelier, took the step into self-employment in 2010.
Under his own gastronomy label, he has since offered exclusive cooking classes, wine courses, and catering services. His expertise and passion have enabled long-term partnerships with renowned brands such as Betty Bossi and Zweifel Wines.
Alberto Russo is primarily one thing: gastronomer with passion. With his deep enthusiasm for culinary pleasures, he will guide you into the fascinating world of culinary arts and wine enjoyment – always with the aim of creating unforgettable experiences.
