Immerse yourself in the art of beer brewing

brew your own beer together with your team at our Tram Depot. Besides the exciting insight into the brewing process, there is an authentic three-course meal from our kitchen--and of course, beer. The evening is hosted by the brewery managers from the Old Tram Depot, Matthias Koschahre, and the owner of the brewery, Ernst, Dominic Hauser. The concentrated dose of beer knowledge for your team. The evening begins with a small welcome aperitif. Then follows a brief theoretical introduction to brewing craftsmanship. Guided by the two brewers, your team will then prepare the ingredients and get to mashing, lautering, boiling, and fermenting. Between the different brewing steps, an authentic 3-course meal will be served. The entire event lasts about five hours, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The beer seminar is suitable for groups of 12 to a maximum of 30 people. Six to eight weeks after the beer seminar, your beer will be delivered to the address of your choice.
