More Than a Bartender
My journey began in the Waldviertel in Austria and took me through top establishments like the Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois in Basel, the Shangri-La in London, or the Campari Bar in Zurich. In 2019, I was awarded the “Bartender of the Year” – but what truly drives me are encounters, hospitality, and the moment when a drink hits just the right note.
I also support hospitality businesses in concept development, training, or bar menus – with an eye for detail and a keen sense for trends and quality.
