Compare plans
EventButler offers Basic, Basic Plus, Premium and Premium Plus. They differ in visibility, image limits, included functions and enquiry limits. Prices can vary by category and country; the checkout shown for your selected listing is authoritative.
Payment and invoices
Depending on the order, payment is available by invoice, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, TWINT or instant transfer. Redeem promo codes in the cart; displayed prices exclude VAT. Find invoices in Account under Profile → Invoices.
Term and renewal
Premium and Premium Plus normally run for 12 months or as individually agreed. EventButler contacts you 30 days before expiry so you can renew, switch plan or cancel. If your confirmation or contract differs, it takes precedence.
Change or cancel
You can upgrade a Basic listing to Premium or Premium Plus at any time from the listing. Arrange other plan changes and cancellation with EventButler before expiry. Request written confirmation and follow the terms of your order.
