How to decide quickly
- Keep the date flexible: The weeks around mid-December are the most sought-after. If you're also open to early December or the week before Christmas, you'll have more room to manoeuvre.
- Stay open on the day of the week: An evening early in the week or a festive lunch is a good alternative to a Friday evening.
- Choose packages: Offers with a fixed menu and price per person can be confirmed within a day. Individual concepts need more coordination.
- A format with entertainment included: A mulled wine aperitif by the fire, fondue in an igloo or a dinner show all come with the setting built in, so you have little to organise yourself.
How to enquire now so it goes quickly
Shortly before the season, every query you can avoid counts. In your enquiry, state the number of guests, a budget per person, two possible dates and the format you have in mind, such as aperitif and dinner or dinner with a programme. If December no longer fits into the calendar, January is a good alternative. Things are quieter after the holidays, and the team has time again.
