The Zeughaus in Brig-Glis served the military for decades. Following military reform, it lost its original purpose. The city municipality seized the opportunity and purchased the property. Previously a collection, work and exchange point for military matters, the building has since established itself as a permanent fixture in the cultural landscape of Brig-Glis and the region.
