How much does a wedding planner cost?

Your wedding will not become more expensive if you work with us. If you have set yourself a budget of, for example, CHF 40,000, we will ensure that costs remain within this framework.
As wedding professionals, we are familiar with hidden costs and expensive surprises are avoided.
For fixed prices, choose the Coaching or Perfectly Happy package.

Why does your first consultation actually cost CHF 150 when others offer it for free?

This conversation is extremely valuable and because we are always open and honest, we don't want to beat around the bush at the first meeting either.
It would not be unusual if we already had the spark of an idea when getting to know each other and immediately reserved a service provider who would make your wedding perfect.
Our tips come from real wedding life and are not hot air.
It's your choice who you bring on board for planning. Perfect days can be planned, and perfect days have their price.

Question 3

Do you really recommend us the best partners or do you refer suppliers from whom you receive the highest commissions?

One of the advantages of your perfect day is certainly that we are independent. It is our great concern to find the perfect service provider for you.

How do I find the right wedding planner for our wedding?

Accepted Answer

Trust your heart and rely on your instinct.
Of course, experience plays a very important role. With every planning, with every wedding, we get better. Every most beautiful day brings something new - we have been learning since 2004 and still do.
Ask how many weddings have actually been professionally organised (not as a hobby or side activity). A year may have 52 weekends, but we too don't manage more than 2-3 weddings on a summer weekend.
If necessary, ask to see pictures of various weddings that have been planned and organised by them.

Question 5

I like to plan myself and I'm also good at organising, do I still need a wedding planner?

Yes. At my own wedding, I also thought that as an experienced, international event planner, I had already managed larger projects, so I would certainly be able to organise my wedding.

We do nothing but weddings, and that's a good thing. What's really important is that we can implement YOUR day exactly as YOU wish it to be. So far, every wedding has been a unique piece, and it will remain that way in the future. YOU are something very special, and so your perfect day should be too.

We already have many ideas for the wedding. Won't we be influenced too much by a wedding planner?

Of course you can rely on us. We are happy to support you, your families, friends and best men and bridesmaids.
Many couples have a clear vision of their wedding, and our aim is to live these dreams with you.
We are happy to be your point of contact before and during the wedding - we hold the threads we have spun together in our hands for you.
The best men and bridesmaids are also very important on the wedding day. We simply believe they should be there more for the bride and groom than for the running order of the wedding.
We are in the background and you enjoy the day - it becomes history so quickly.
The more relaxed you are at your wedding, the slower the magic of your perfect day fades away.

Question 8

We don't want embarrassing games or long speeches at our wedding - can you ensure that?

Indeed, guests often try to outdo themselves at weddings and underestimate the many different tastes of those present.
So far, we have always managed to elegantly avoid awkward moments.

We would prefer to celebrate our wedding day without children - do you have a solution for this too?

Over the years, we have encountered most questions about weddings. To date, we have never been unable to provide an answer.

What happens if you become ill?

Accepted Answer

As a team, we can of course plan quite differently than if we were a one-woman show.
If you wish, you can simply book a back-up and you will get married with a wedding planner.
