We bake our Organic UrDinkel Pizzas and Flammkuchen since 2016 in a handmade clay wood-fired oven. We use fresh, regional, and seasonal products and prepare everything fresh on site. With joy and passion, we bake our pizzas in the dance of the roaring flames of the oven in no time. Our pizzas are vegetarian or vegan upon request. Sustainability at all levels is important to us. Earthy, Fiery, and Authentic. Original and made with much love, we enchant your occasion.
