Question 1

What is included in our party box?

Accepted Answer

We pack thematic decorations, party supplies for each child, a treasure hunt set, a craft kit, interactive games, a thematic finale and goodie bags. The programme offers more than two hours of entertainment. Via a QR code, you can access our PartyPilot, which guides you through each step.

Question 2

How many children is one box designed for?

Accepted Answer

Our box is designed for eight children: the birthday child and seven guests. Craft materials, game materials and goodie bags are included for all eight children. When ordering, you can add an additional guest package for each additional child.

Question 3

Which age groups can we choose when ordering?

Accepted Answer

We offer age groups 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 years. For younger children, we include picture-based clues and guided craft steps and plan a slower pace. For older children, there are written riddles, more challenging craft tasks and a faster game pace. You select the age group when ordering.

Question 4

Do we need experience to host the party ourselves?

Accepted Answer

No. Our digital PartyPilot guides you step by step through setting up the decorations and activities right through to the last goodie bag. Grandparents, babysitters or older siblings can also guide the celebration with it.

Question 5

Can we celebrate indoors and outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our activities are designed for both indoors and outdoors. You can celebrate, for example, in the living room, in the garden, in the park or in a hired space.

Question 6

How early should we order?

Accepted Answer

We recommend ordering at least two weeks before the birthday, as we hand-pack each box to order. If you need the box sooner, contact us directly via WhatsApp; we will check if it is possible.

Question 7

Can we order a box with a custom theme?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We develop a custom box around your child's interests. To do this, we discuss age, theme, party date and number of guests, propose a concept with activities and box contents and coordinate it with you. The box also includes PartyPilot. Custom boxes start at CHF 269; we will provide the final price before confirmation. Please get in touch three to four weeks before the celebration.

Question 8

What do we need to provide ourselves for the party?

Accepted Answer

You provide food, drinks, cake and sweets for filling the piñata and gift bags. You will need a smartphone for the digital PartyPilot. We supply decorations, craft materials, game materials, piñata and gift bags in the box.
