WingTsun - Self-Defense and Self-Confidence

Defending yourself is more than just fighting. And fighting is more than physical confrontation

Offer your employees the opportunity to learn the basics of self-defense and at the same time build their self-confidence. Through the shared training experience, mutual trust within the team increases.

WingTsun is a martial art particularly suitable for self-defense. It is based on ancient successful (combat) principles that can be implemented on both physical and mental levels.
WingTsun techniques can be learned by everyone and do not require special prerequisites such as strength and flexibility. Our experienced instructors provide a safe setting and an individually tailored program for different target groups and requirements.
