Wild Herbs and Fire Cooking

Discover edible wild plants and prepare your harvest together over an open fire. On Schweibenalp near Brienz, around 1100 metres above sea level, your company or association outing combines plant knowledge with communal cooking.

A wild plant specialist will guide you through the alpine permaculture landscape. You will learn about edible plants, discover more about their uses and gather ingredients for your meal.

Afterwards, you will cut, season and cook outdoors. Which plants enrich your menu is determined by the season. To conclude, you will enjoy your self-prepared dishes together. These are vegetarian and vegan upon request.
