This way, you stay actively involved without becoming overwhelmed. Of course, I am always available for questions and ensure everything works harmoniously together.

As your Wedding Day Coordinator, I discreetly support your wedding day behind the scenes, coordinate the proceedings, serve as a contact for guests and service providers, and ensure that you can enjoy your day carefree. Day coordination can also be booked independently of prior planning - ideally, we get to know each other beforehand to discuss the schedule.

Ohne Anna wäre unsere Hochzeit nicht das gleiche gewesen! Wir wollten eine Koordinatorin vor Ort haben, die unseren Trauzeug:innen, Familen und uns den Rücken frei hält, das ganze Einrichten der Location übernimmt, die Übersicht und Timings vom Ablauf im Griff hat und als Ansprechpartnerin für Gäste zur Verfügung steht. Genau diese Person und noch viel mehr haben wir in Anna gefunden. Mit ihrer offenen Art war sie die perfekte Ansprechpartnerin für all unsere Lieferant:innen, sie denkt mit und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für die Vorbereitung gegeben, sie ist eingesprungen, wenn wir nicht weiter wussten und hat uns geholfen, an alle Details zu denken. Sie hat die Location perfekt eingerichtet, hat den ganzen Abend koordiniert und ist dort eingesprungen, wo es sie gebraucht hat.
