Reviews
Guests consistently praise the breathtaking mountain setting and the Waldhotel Doldenhorn's rare combination of tranquility and charm, tucked away from Kandersteg's busier spots. The gourmet cuisine draws particular acclaim, from refined dinners to generous breakfasts, while the spa and pool area offer welcome relaxation after a day outdoors. Weddings and celebrations stand out as true highlights, with couples describing unforgettable, beautifully decorated events and attentive service. While a few mention inconsistencies in staffing or room upkeep, the overall sentiment remains warm, with many guests eager to return.
