The property is complemented by elegant suites, a gourmet restaurant and a luxurious spa.

Pour résumer, un Palace chaleureux avec beaucoup de charme.. Ici règne le bon goût, la gentillesse du personnel, une vue à couper le souffle, une piscine floridienne et last but not least, un service de voiturier robuste. Malgré quelques mises à jour nécessaires de certaines chambres et Salles de Bain (j'ai occupé la Z5 et la A) et des intallations électriques à remettre aux normes, il faut souligner que l'ensemble est formidablement accueillant et pour ceux qui voyagent avec leur petit compagnon à quatre pattes, pour la somme de 45.- chf par jour, ils pourront les héberger également. Splendida cornice e gentile accoglienza al ristorante sono attenti alle nostre esigenze. Come si fa a non sentirsi un principe ed una principessa. Ieri sera pioveva e ci hanno portato la macchina. Il mangiare ed il servizio di alta qualità, attenzione ai dettagli. Lo staff ti fa sentire bene, seguiti da Manuel e Massimiliano non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla compresi i sorrisi e la simpatia. Grazie a tutti per la bella serata.

Ein großartiger Ort oberhalb von Lugano mit wunderschönen Blick über Stadt und See. Aufmerksame Bedienung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The breakfast was excellent, and the view was absolutely stunning. I would also like to give special thanks to Galin for his outstanding service and professionalism throughout our stay. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the city center, which was very convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary one-hour access to the spa facilities, including the jacuzzi, relaxation room, cold shower, sauna, and steam room. However, we experienced one issue that was quite concerning. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room and left the room door open afterwards. This is not acceptable from a safety and security perspective, especially since all of our personal belongings were inside the room. We hope the hotel addresses this matter to ensure it does not happen to other guests.
What a wonderful hotel with absolutely stunning views. The rooms and staff were great, and so was dining in their restaurant with live music. My husband and I were supposed to stay only one night but loved it so much that we cancelled our other hotel/stop and stayed an additional night.
