Vaudoise Aréna

For your seminar, congress, meeting or banquet, we offer you different event spaces at Vaudoise aréna. Business lunches, birthdays and private celebrations also find their setting with us. Together with you, we tailor the choice of room and services to your event: from a small working meeting in a box to a large event in the converted arena.

In the Espace Capitale Olympique, you welcome your guests in a bright, continuous area with two large bars. The view extends into the main arena and onto the forecourt. Five sub-areas can be combined depending on your programme. For smaller meetings, our Loges Expérience on the ground floor are available with large windows overlooking the arena, wall-mounted screens and sound system. The three Loges Premium are ideal for meetings, breakfast or aperitif with direct views of the action. In the divisible Espace Vaud, you work in a closed, quiet setting.

For events with more than 500 people, we transform the arena into a large event space of approximately 1,700 to 2,400 m². Videotron, LED ring and audio system support your multimedia presentations. For catering, our catering partner LHC Gourmet puts together individual offers for aperitifs, menus and buffets. Public WiFi, screens, furnishings, signage and cleaning are included in our room offering; we will discuss any additional materials with you.

If you wish, enhance your event with a sports programme on the ice. Our large forecourt also offers space for accompanying promotions and activities. You can reach us in the Malley district by train, metro and bus. For arrival by car, there is a paid underground car park; we will clarify its availability during events with you.
