It reopened in autumn 2023 following an extensive renovation, presenting a modern, urban concept. Tiger is unique in Solothurn--the city has never seen anything quite like it. Wir wurden einfach ganz toll bedient ❣️ Entschieden uns für das kleine Chefs Choice mit drei Gängen und Weinbegleitung - Fazit: das Essen war eine einzige Offenbarung. In vielen kleinen und großen Schälchen serviert, herrlich duftend, großartig im Geschmack und wundervoll angerichtet. Top, der Koch, Jürgen Andre hat seine Note 14 im Gault Millau vollauf verdient⭐⭐⭐⭐Es war voll gebucht an diesem Samstag Abend, so war es verständlich, dass wir etwas länger auf das Essen warten mussten. Als kleines Extra behielten wir die Weinflasche auf dem Tisch, das war großzügig und hoch willkommen. Kurz um, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und erzählen es weiter. Weiterhin viel Erfolg 🍀🙏
