Thun Expo

At Thun-Expo we create the framework for your trade fair, general assembly, conference or corporate event. Our exhibition grounds in Thun offer you halls of different sizes and uses. Spacious areas are available for exhibitions, presentations and assemblies; our riding hall is ideal for festive occasions, concerts and seminars.

In the riding hall, 588 m² of space combines with visible timber construction and acoustic panels. Here up to 450 people can be accommodated for a banquet or 700 people in concert seating. Lighting, sound system and WiFi support your event. Hall 0 offers 1,200 m² and is connected by two large passages to hall 1, which is 2,400 m² in size. This allows you to plan connected event areas without losing sight of the individual halls.

Our hall 6, also 2,400 m² in size, can be used open or closed: on three fronts, the side walls can be raised as gates. For halls 1 and 6, there are 1,700 banquet places or 2,200 concert seating places respectively. Additionally, hall 3 and hall 5 are available for agricultural exhibitions, livestock markets and other suitable uses, as well as hall 7 in the basement for exhibitions and theatre. These three halls are only conditionally suitable for events with banquet or concert seating.

Catering in the riding hall and in halls 0, 1, 6 and 7 is provided exclusively by our in-house catering operation. We will agree prices to suit your requirements. The exhibition grounds are open depending on the events taking place. You can reach us from the railway station via bus line 6 via Reitweg/Expo.
