IMPRO WORKSHOP: Resonance instead of slides

A team event for active participation: Your team discovers new sides of themselves through theatre and improvisation, in a trusting atmosphere and with plenty of play. Practice is not based on theory, but on real situations from your working everyday.

Key focuses:
Remaining calm when things get tight
Confident presence and taking up space
Setting boundaries and mastering conflicts
Listening and playing together as a team

Structure: Warm-up, body work, improvisations, scenes from your everyday life and transfer to professional and everyday situations. No stage, no performance, every exercise is voluntary.
For whom: All teams with a taste for play and theatre, no prior experience necessary. Especially also for teams from education, social work and care.
Facilitator: Matthias Beyerle, state-recognised actor and director with 30 years of stage experience, simultaneously team leader in a social institution.
