Sushi Course Event

After a brief but informative introduction, you will begin preparing sushi by carefully using selected fresh ingredients and practising the art of rolling. Together we prepare various types of sushi: the classic maki rolls, the larger futomaki as well as the trendy uramaki, better known as California rolls. After you have sliced your hand-crafted rolls, the sushi is arranged on plates. Finally, you enjoy the deliciously prepared sushi rolls together with your group and experience the full flavour and joy of cooking together.
