Superheroes Team Workshop - Ready for the joint mission

Whether it''s a new team composition, start of the fiscal year, kick-off of a project, or just a boost for collaboration and motivation: the Superheroes Workshop sets the course for successful teamwork. The result of the day is documented on a wall picture, which gradually develops through a group process.

The Superheroes Workshop connects personal and team-related development areas. Over the course of a day, you will get to know the other superheroes in the team better -- their strengths and also where they are vulnerable. And you will become aware of what makes you unbeatable together.

In the Superheroes Workshop, you work resource-oriented: you focus on what moves you forward, without forgetting that superheroes are not invulnerable. For this, you sometimes work all together and often in small groups.
