Neben dem Stadtsaal mit einer Kapazität von bis zu 500 Bankettplätzen oder 640 Konzertplätzen bietet das Haus vier kleinere klimatisierte Räume und zwei Foyers. Drei der Kleinsäle sind dank mobiler, schalldichter Zwischenwände beliebig kombinierbar und schaffen zusätzlichen Raum für insgesamt 200 weitere Bankettplätze oder 170 Plätze bei Konzertbestuhlung.
