Enjoy your event in our rooms and in the Hydrangea garden
Our Stöckli combines its own character with direct access to the Hydrangea garden. In winter, the fireplace fire provides warmth and a romantic atmosphere, whilst in summer it remains pleasantly cool. A separate aperitif cellar complements this area. On our terrace, you dine in fine weather in the Hydrangea garden and enjoy the view into the Limpach valley. Ancient tree tops characterise the garden of our country inn.
Culinarily, we cultivate contemporary, French-influenced cuisine. Carefully selected basic ingredients and their precise preparation are at the centre of our approach. The seasons continually provide new inspiration for our kitchen. Our wine cellar holds discoveries from Burgundy, Bordeaux, Spain and Italy as well as a selection from Switzerland, particularly from Ticino and the Romandy region. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you eat vegetarian or vegan or if we should take intolerances into consideration.

Wie immer - das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und - Kurt sei dank - das Geschirr immer phantasievoll und passend. Der Service war dieses Mal nicht schlechter, aber ein nur englisch sprechender Kellner - der ausgezeichnet gearbeitet hat - ist trotzdem etwas schwierig und weist wahrscheinlich auf den Fachkräftemangel hin. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist insgesamt sehr strapaziert. Was wäre, wenn das Restaurant das Mineralwasser (mit und ohne - CHF 9.00) oder das Kafi (CHF 8.00!) kostenlos offeriert? Bei diesen Preisen sollten solche Gesten drin liegen ... Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ich freue mich trotzdem auf einen nächsten Besuch!
Liebe Irsi, Lieber Kurt Gestern durften wir bei Euch einen unglaublich kulinarischen Höhepunkt erleben - das Mittagessen und Dessert waren einen Traum - auch der Wein. Die wunderschöne Umgebung und die angenehme Atmosphäre haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen wieder - vielen, vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Mon 2ᵉ restaurant préféré ! Je n'ai que des éloges à faire sur cette adresse, tout est une réussite, du début à la fin, les plats sont gustativement délicieux, bien assaisonnés, avec des saveurs inoubliables et des cuissons parfaites, tant pour les produits de la mer que ceux de la terre ! Mention spéciale pour le foie gras exquis, ainsi que pour le "scampi" et son jus terriblement addictif, on ne s'en lasse pas ! Je vous suggère également l'accord "mets & vins", toujours bluffant, avec de gouleyants crus servis à chaque plat. Pour ne rien gâcher, nous sommes toujours bien accueillis par la femme du chef, et ce dernier vient systématiquement nous saluer en fin de repas, ce qui est fort appréciable. Seul petit bémol rencontré hier : beaucoup de mouches se sont invitées au festin lors du dîner pris dehors (le poisson...), mais vu la qualité des plats, on ne peut pas leur en vouloir... PS : il s'agit clairement d'un restaurant gastronomique, le budget à prévoir est en rapport avec la prestation offerte.
Hier vergisst man glatt die Zeit....die Devise lautet ankommen und geniessen. In der Sonne bei Mösching's wird verwöhnen gross geschrieben. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Mittag...wir haben es bei euch genossen.
