About us
Your celebration, meeting or seminar at the museum
Our vaulted cellar covers 250 m² and offers space for a maximum of 150 people. A stage is ready for your programme. A stair lift enables wheelchair users to access the space. For catering, the office has a refrigerator, storage space and a water connection. We generally rent the vaulted cellar from April to September.
For medium-sized events, the 100 m² foyer is available to you with a maximum of 80 people. Use it, for example, for an aperitif after a guided tour or for a lecture. It can also complement the vaulted cellar or the café for a larger event. Rental is possible outside museum opening hours.
In our 70 m² café, smaller events with up to 30 people will find an appropriate setting. The generous double doors allow the dining room to be connected with the adjacent foyer. You can rent the café outside its opening hours. For meetings, seminars and school classes, we also offer the lake school room, which can be rented year-round, with approximately 50 m² and a maximum of 20 people. We will be happy to prepare a non-binding quotation with rental and inventory costs for your specific event.

Sehr schönes Seemuseum
Sehr schönes, vielseitiges, detailreiches, liebevoll gestaltetes und sauberes Museum. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Für die Kinder hatte es ein "Riesen-Leiter-Spiel" durch die Ausstellung durch mit Aufgaben zum Lösen und am Schluss gab es für die kleinen "Kapitäne" einen Anstecker sowie den Spielpass mit dem Stempel. Neben einzelnen Ausstellungsstücken sind auch viele ganze Szenen ausgestellt, was einen gleich viel tiefer in die Thematik von Schifffahrt und Fischerei eintauchen lässt und auch für die Kinder sehr interessant ist. Eindrückliche Exponate.
So ein liebevoll und schön gestaltetes Museum! Wir hatten viel Freude beim Besuch und können es sehr empfehlen.
Tolle Ausstellungen und ein super Café, liegt total schön mitten im Park, Kinder sind willkommen und manchmal gibt's auch buchbare Veranstaltungen zu Themen wie zum Beispiel Mikroplastik im Bodensee. Sehr empfehlenswert!
