Classical and alpine experiential cuisine for your celebration
For your celebration, our Stübli provides its own setting. We are happy to discuss your event with you and put together suitable menu and wine suggestions. During the low season, you can use the restaurant and Stübli together exclusively for 70 to 90 people. Our garden is ideal for an aperitif before you sit down to eat with your guests.
On our sun terrace and in the Sunset Lounge, you can enjoy views of the Eiger north face, the Niesen and the landscape of the Bernese Oberland. Homemade cakes, Italian ice cream, coffee specialities, wines and aperitifs accompany your time outdoors. The Sunrise Lounge welcomes you with plenty of wood, natural materials, warm colours and generous windows overlooking the mountain scenery. Here you will find space for a coffee, a drink and good conversation.
If you would like to extend your stay, the hotel offers differently furnished rooms, suites and apartments as well as our spa. Car parks in front of and behind the hotel, a charging station for electric cars and WiFi complete your visit. Lake Thun is approximately 500 metres away; the nearby bus stop connects you with Interlaken.

Salzano- ein Ort wo die Gastfreundschaft und schweizer Qualität an erster Stelle kommen! Das Essen regional, frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet. Extra Wünsche von Kinder immer selbstverständlich und möglich. Die Wildsaison, ein Highlight! Die Zimmer, sehr sehr sauber, geräumig und bequeme Betten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ein Traum. Das Personal äusserst freundlich. Ein Familienbetrieb, der lebt für die Gastronomie! Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen immer wieder.
Ich durfte mit meinen Freundinnen eine tolle Auszeit im Hotel geniessen. Bereits bei der telefonischen Reservation sehr gut beraten worden. All meine Fragen wurden sehr freundlich und geduldig beantwortet. Habe mich schon im Voraus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das 7-Gang-Überraschungsmenü war fantastisch. Sehr spannende Kombinationen und absolut empfehlenswert. Unser Appartement klein, funktional und perfekt für uns. Am Abreisetag durften wir am Nachmittag noch den Wellnessbereich geniessen. So schön gemacht. Drei Saunas, Dampfbad und ein Whirlpool im Freien. Und für mich lag noch eine spontane Massage drin :-) Erholung pur.
