Our event spaces accommodate different formats: from small meetings to festive occasions in the ballroom. Together with you, we plan the schedule and coordinate gastronomy, decoration and desired entertainment to suit your event. Modern event technology supports your presentations and interaction with your guests. Accommodation and catering can be combined to match your event programme.
From April to September, you can also use our gardens and terraces exclusively for events. Whether cocktail, buffet or individually designed supporting programme: the outdoor areas provide you with a green setting for gatherings in the open air. For these events, indoor alternatives are also available. After a working day or celebration, your guests can stay at the hotel, discover our restaurants or relax in the Spa du Royal. The proximity to the city and lake also gives you the opportunity to combine your stay with a visit to Lausanne.

Un séjour exceptionnel au Royal Savoy Lausanne. La beauté du bâtiment, son architecture majestueuse et l’élégance des espaces intérieurs donnent à cette adresse un charme unique. Le raffinement des lieux et le soin apporté à chaque détail créent un cadre absolument magnifique. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil à la réception a été chaleureux, attentionné et d’un grand professionnalisme. La chambre qui nous a été réservée était superbe. Pour notre anniversaire de rencontre, l’équipe a multiplié les délicates attentions, rendant cette escapade particulièrement mémorable. Le spa mérite également une mention spéciale : magnifique et remarquablement bien équipé, il offre une véritable parenthèse de détente dans un cadre à la hauteur de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner, très copieux, a lui aussi été un vrai plaisir. Au-delà de la beauté des lieux, nous retiendrons l’excellence du service, la gentillesse des équipes et leur attention constante à notre bien-être. Un immense merci pour ce merveilleux séjour. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans réserve et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
Très bel hôtel à la décoration raffiné avec un emplacement idéal entre le lac et le centre ville de Lausanne. Personnel irréprochable avec un service impeccable aussi bien au niveau de l'hébergement que de la restauration. Petit déjeuner de haut niveau avec un choix incroyable et original (mention spéciale pour la tarte et les pâtisseries du jour). A recommander sans hésiter !
This was a fantastic hotel! What a great location, the staff were so friendly and helpful and personable, the room was just about perfect, very quiet hotel. The only issue I had was the balcony floor felt a little unstable. Also it was impossible to really enjoy sitting out there because of construction sounds and there’s either a school or playground nearby so kids were yelling and having a grand old time all day. At night it didn’t matter.
