When we combine the three halls, you have 261 m² with up to 280 theatre-style seats or 210 seats for a banquet. We will coordinate the appropriate seating arrangement with you.

Can guests stay overnight at the hotel after the event?

Yes. Our 155 rooms and suites are at your disposal for your stay. This allows you to combine your event and overnight accommodation in the same building.

Are there parking spaces and a connection to the train station?

Our hotel offers 135 parking spaces and is approximately a ten-minute walk from the train station.

Which rooms are suitable for smaller working groups?

Our six Florentin halls on the lower floor of the conference centre complement larger events as an office, secretariat or video conference room. Florentin I and II can be combined into one room with 82 m².

For your seminar, conference or banquet, we welcome you directly on Lake Geneva. Royal Plaza Montreux offers you eleven modular function rooms. Most of them are located in our conference centre, which you can also fully privatise for your event. The adjacent garden provides direct access to the lakeside promenade.

Our Renaissance halls can be divided into three areas. Together they offer 261 m² of space for up to 280 people in theatre-style seating or 210 guests for a banquet. Large windows bring natural light into the rooms; lake views and access to the garden complete the setting for your event. For smaller working groups, a secretariat or video conferences, the six Florentin halls on the lower floor of the conference centre are at your disposal. Florentin I and II can be combined into one room with 82 m².

For a reception or festive dinner, our Debussy hall offers a private terrace. The Royal Suite also combines indoor spaces with a generous terrace. Our events team will discuss the appropriate room layout with you and prepare an individual offer for your event.

If you would like to combine your event with an overnight stay, our 155 rooms and suites are at your disposal. At Café Bellagio you can enjoy seasonal dishes; our Sinatra's Bar welcomes you for a drink. The hotel is approximately a ten-minute walk from the train station and offers 135 parking spaces.
