Celebrate with regional cuisine and dishes to share
In our kitchen, we work seasonally, regionally and creatively. In the evening, you can look forward to our surprise menu with a variety of dishes to share. We place the dishes in the centre of the table; together you discover different starters, main courses and a finish with dessert or cheese. The menu options vary in the number of dishes. For groups of eight or more people, we offer the medium or large option. Please let us know in advance of any vegetarian preferences and allergies so we can take these into account when making your reservation.
You can also gather with us at lunchtime. Our lunch menu includes soup, salad and a main course; you can choose from a vegetarian menu, a meat menu and a business lunch. Our restaurant is located in green surroundings on the edge of Emmen. Connected to the dining room is the Atelier Hofer: before, during or after your meal, you can discover furnishings there. We look forward to welcoming you and your guests.

Wir waren gestern im Rosstall und absolut begeistert. Schon beim Eintreten in das Gebäude fühlt man sich wohl. Es ist eine rundum "heimelige" Stimmung. Das Personal, vorallem Adrian wo uns gestern bedient hat, war unglaublich sympathisch und aufmerksam. Sehr herzlich und es war eine sehr lockere und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Es hatte nicht viele Gäste aber es wird wohl generell sehr ruhig und angenehm sein, wenn man sich miteinander unterhalten möchte. Das Essen war von Anfang bis Schluss einfach nur grandios, sehr sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das war definitiv nicht das letzte Mal. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man etwas anderes als den Standard sucht und sich einmal ein schönes Abendessen gönnen möchte.
Wir konnten das Essen wirklich geniessen. Es war sehr entspannt und das Essen wurde toll präsentiert. Sehr empfehlenswert und hichstehende Küche.
Bin total begeistert, es stimmt alles - vom Personal übers Essen und den schönen, alten Gegenständen die man kaufen kann. Danke für einen tollen Mittag Ursi & Jürg
Es war alles perfekt! Das Essen war großartig und Adrian war im Service einfach super. Das Haus ist voll von Überraschungen die man während der einzelnen Gängen erkunden kann. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen! Besten Dank an das Team.
