Restaurant Valrose

For your group dinner or private event, we welcome you to Restaurant Valrose in Rougemont. Whether you are planning a shared lunch, a dinner with friends or a wedding celebration: we personally receive your wishes and discuss the appropriate setting with you. Our restaurant combines the conviviality of a village bistro with the hospitality of the Pays-d'Enhaut.

In our kitchen, traditional specialities of the region and Mediterranean influences take centre stage. Head chef Giuseppe Colella and his team work with seasonal products and prepare generous, authentic cuisine. Homemade desserts reflect the respective season. You can also look forward to a wine selection with more than 1,000 references: regional discoveries, international wines, mature vintages and younger cuvées offer various options to accompany your meal.

On warm days, enjoy the terrace under the old chestnut tree. Inside, you are welcomed by the characteristic chalet setting of our house. If you would like to combine your visit with an overnight stay, twelve rooms are available at the associated four-star hotel. Founded in 1904, Valrose is located at the entrance to the village in the Vaud Alps. This allows you to combine a shared meal with a stay in the mountain region. A free outdoor car park with a charging station for electric vehicles is included with the hotel.
