Restaurant Schlosskeller

At Restaurant Schlosskeller, we welcome you in the historic rooms of the Stockalper Palace in the centre of Brig. Here we combine the history of the house with personal hospitality and regional, fresh cuisine. Whether you are dining with friends, celebrating a birthday or planning a festive occasion with your family: together with you we tailor our culinary offerings to your wishes. Regionality, seasonality and a conscious approach to food are important to us.

For small celebrations, our cosy Grünwaldstube offers space for up to 30 people. It is part of the public restaurant and cannot be rented exclusively. In the Burgersaal you can celebrate with up to 60 people. For larger groups, the Burgersaal and Stockalpersaal can be combined; together they offer space for up to 100 people. The Stockalpersaal can be rented exclusively from 30 people onwards.

You will also find suitable rooms with us for seminars, presentations and general assemblies. Our Kaspar Jodok Hall is ideal for smaller meetings and seminars with up to 40 people. A projector, screen and flipchart are included in the room rental. We are happy to accompany your event with lunch or dinner.

Weather permitting, we welcome you for an aperitif in the historic Arcade Courtyard or on our terrace. The Arcade Courtyard provides a setting for private celebrations, corporate events and an aperitif after the wedding ceremony. On the terrace you can also enjoy dishes from our restaurant menu, a dessert or an ice cream. Our menu includes vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as meat and fish specialities.
