Restaurant Rössli Uetendorf

Welcome to Restaurant Rössli in the village centre of Uetendorf, close to Thun and at the gateway to the Bernese Oberland. Our country inn has stood in the village since 1840 and combines traditional cuisine with a vibrant cultural programme. The distinctive architecture is as much a part of our establishment as the cultivation of local culinary traditions and cultural encounters. Since 2012, the Messerli-Wüthrich family has continued this tradition.

Different areas are available for your visit: In our Schützenstube, we welcome you for food and drink. Our cultural and events hall accommodates up to 160 guests and provides the setting for concerts, theatre and other cultural events. Our summer terrace has seating for up to 80 guests. Experience our establishment both in the restaurant and in the open air.

Our offerings include menus and drinks lists, a weekly menu and banquet suggestions. Culinary arts and culture regularly come together at our establishment: our events calendar includes concerts, jam sessions, matinées and dance afternoons. The programme is updated regularly. Whether you visit us for a meal in the Schützenstube, a summer stay on the terrace or a cultural encounter in the hall: we welcome you to our traditional country inn.
