Shared dining with seasonal seafood cuisine
In our kitchen, Jean-Marc and Robin Bessire work side by side. Two generations combine a passion for quality with freshness and flavour. Our family story began in 1995; today, father and son continue this signature together. Fish and seafood form the focus of our seasonally inspired dishes. In addition to our menu, we offer daily specials that vary according to deliveries and market availability. Our selection may therefore vary depending on availability.
You can choose between various menus and à la carte dishes. For lunch, we offer our Fish Lunch from Tuesday to Friday at midday. Dessert creations and a selection of matured Swiss cheeses complete the offering. In the restaurant, you sit at laid tables in a room with light wooden beams and fish motifs on the walls.
Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances when making your reservation. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant for hygiene reasons. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Absolument délicieux et raffiné. Avec un acceuil extrêmement chaleureux.
Sortie avec deux amies. Pris menu menu poisson. Superbe présentation, cuissons parfaites (crevettes rouges et saumon) et délicieux dessert à base de coings.
Très belle découverte ce midi à l’occasion d’un repas d’affaires au Cigalon ! Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent moment. Le poisson était d’une qualité remarquable, parfaitement cuisiné, et les assiettes étaient aussi belles que bonnes. Tout était très soigné, jusque dans les petits détails, comme cette jolie petite tour de sucre en fleurs à la fin du repas. L’accueil, le service, le cadre, tout était parfait. Nous avons aussi eu le plaisir de déguster un très bon vin suisse qui accompagnait à merveille notre repas. C’était la première fois que je venais dans ce restaurant et franchement, j’ai adoré. Une très belle adresse que je suis ravi d’avoir découverte et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
Conformément à nos attentes, le restaurant a été très très bon. Bon service, très bonne cuisine et bonne ambiance. Le chef et son épouse particulièrement sympathiques et attentionnés. 31 ans de restaurant dont 29 ans étoilé, c’est magnifique ! Félicitations et tout de bon à l’ensemble de l’équipe. 😋🫶🏼
