About us
Your celebration in the halls of the Château
Our bright courtyard hall opens with large window fronts on both sides to nature. For smaller wedding celebrations and family gatherings, the charming Sonnensaal is at your disposal. It is equally suitable for your seminar and offers groups of 15 to 40 people a fitting setting. If you wish to dine or meet undisturbed with a small group, retire to our garden room. Here, up to 14 people enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with a view of our garden.
For the start of your celebration, use our friendly foyer near the banquet halls. With the adjoining rooms, you can tailor the reception to your occasion. Culinarily, you have the choice between the gourmet restaurant Le Feu and the Brasserie La Source. Our hotel rooms allow you to end the evening in a relaxed manner. Even outside our regular restaurant hours, we pamper you and your guests by arrangement in a private setting.

Wie gewohnt eine herausragende Küche, die in die Tiefe geht und bei der jedes Gericht perfekt abgestimmt ist. Der Salade Niçoise war wunderbar drapiert und geschmacklich sehr harmonisch. Die auf den Punkt gebratenen Thunfischtranchen dazu – einfach fantastisch. Die sommerliche Avocado-Kokosnuss-Suppe: kühl, cremig, mit einer perfekten Säure und begleitet von feinen Gemüse-Sushis – ein herrlich erfrischender Gang. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Seezunge Meunière, mediterran angerichtet. Besonders schön: Die Gräten wurden entnommen und der Fisch anschliessend wieder in seiner ursprünglichen Form zusammengesetzt – handwerklich toll und perfekt gebraten. Dazu Kräuterkartoffeln, die geschmacklich einfach fantastisch waren. Auch das Sellerieschnitzel überzeugte: mit einer hauchdünnen, knusprigen Panade und begleitet von einem unglaublich feinen böhmischen Kartoffelsalat. Der Service war durchgehend freundlich, zuvorkommend und vor allem sehr sympathisch. Das Château Attisholz kann man einfach nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Lunch – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
