Banquets, aperitifs and seminars in historic halls
Our current room offering includes the Salle Fribourg with 25 m² and 30 seats, as well as the Salle Fegely with 75 m² and 60 seats for banquets and aperitifs. The Salle Vicarino offers 75 m² of space for an aperitif with 70 people. For conferences and seminars, the Salle Reichlen is available with 35 m² and 20 seats. We will discuss with you which room is suitable for your event.
For your working session, we can equip the halls on request with a projector, screen, flipchart and a sound system with microphone. Internet connection is via the City of Fribourg's WLAN. Our seminar packages for half or full days combine room use with catering; alternatively, you can also hire a room without a package.
For groups, we offer various banquet menus from 15 guests onwards. A vegetarian selection is included, and a vegan option is available on request. Our veranda and the seasonally available terrace with views complement your restaurant visit. You can reach us from the station in approximately five minutes. With your visit, you also support an establishment that helps people return to the job market.

Very nice choice of dishes, well prepared with fresh, seasonal vegetables. The lunch menus are a great value for money.
Wir haben unser Hochzeit mit 30 Personen im Aigle Noir verbracht und es war ein fantastisches Erlebnis von A bis Z: der Service war toll, das Essen exzellent, die Preise resonant (Vegi 3-Gänger bei ca. 55 p.P. und Fleisch für ca. 70 p.P.) der Saal, welcher unproblematisch privatisiert werden kann ist historisch und echt ein Erlebnis und wir wurden restlos Überzeugt. Müssten wir nochmals heiraten - wir würden es im Aigle Noir tun. Notabene ist es nur im Schritttempo vom Zivilstandesamt entfernt!
Très belle découverte ! Une carte gourmande, très bien présentée, alliant avec subtilité des saveurs originales qui viennent donner du caractère aux plats. Rien à redire sur le service non plus, si ce n’est qu’à ce prix il eût été appréciable de se voir offrir un petit amuse-bouche en début de repas…
Jolie terrasse avec vue sur la vieille ville, très belle et bonne cuisine, service avenant, je vous recommande.
