In our RAKplus / Esskultur we combine celebrations, shared dining and culture in the heart of Burgdorf's old town. The former glassworks "Glasi" provides the setting for your event: patina walls and old street lamps recall the building's history. Cherry wood tables, plants and a cosy seating area characterise the space.

You can host corporate and association dinners, birthdays, weddings or family celebrations with us. Our event space is also available for strategy meetings, conferences, assemblies and lectures. Music and theatre rehearsals as well as cultural events are also among the possible uses. We rent the space year-round and advise you on the furnishings for your occasion.

A bar and kitchenette, a buffet line, wooden tables and black wooden chairs as well as toilet facilities are available. For catering, you can choose from our offerings featuring Oriental or European dishes. If you would like your team to get actively involved, we offer bespoke group cooking courses on request. With head chef Hoshank, you will discover the cuisine of the Near East and prepare dishes together.

You can reach us on foot from the station in approximately ten minutes or by bus to the Kronenplatz stop. For a viewing, you can visit us during restaurant opening hours from Monday to Saturday.
