At Pizza Pista, we are convinced that good pizza does not begin in the oven, but many days before. Our dough matures for 48 hours and is made from a carefully balanced blend of three types of flour. Before we found today's recipe, over six months of intensive work passed, characterised by daily testing and great passion.
