What clothing is recommended for the team event?

Bring long trousers, a T-shirt, a jumper and sturdy shoes with good grip. Military clothing is not allowed. Bring spare clothes. Glasses are possible; contact lenses are recommended. Under-18s need the consent form.

Do team events take place in any weather?

Yes. Paintballfarm runs events throughout the year in any weather. The site includes indoor and outdoor areas, so suitable clothing and shoes with good grip matter.

Question 3

What cancellation terms apply?

Changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing within the applicable deadlines and confirmed in writing by the provider. For regular events, deadlines depend on when you booked: more than 21 days in advance, cancel at least 14 days before; fewer than 21 days, at least 7 days before; fewer than 7 days, at least 48 hours before. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged CHF 89 per registered person, or CHF 69 on Wednesday/Thursday. At least eight participants in total are required; a sole group is charged for missing participants up to this minimum. If an event cannot run because there are too few participants, there is no charge. Private events may be cancelled up to 30 days before or changed to a regular event up to 14 days before; changing requires payment for at least 15 people or equipment sets. If deadlines are missed or attendance is below the private-event minimum, at least 20 people (Mon–Thu) or 25 (Fri–Sun) are charged. Have boundary cases and the terms for your booking confirmed in advance.

What equipment is included?

You receive a marker, 400 paintballs, face mask, head covering, neck protection, gloves, an overall including cleaning, knee pads, chest and back protection, and a team vest. The team supervises the whole event. Bringing your own paintballs is not allowed; personal equipment is only possible at a private event or when no other groups are registered.

How can I pay?

Card and cash payments are accepted on site. Invoice payment requires prior agreement. Prices are in CHF and include VAT.

Is arriving on time important?

Yes. All participants must arrive at the bar at the booked time. Missed playing time due to late arrival is neither made up nor refunded.

How long does the event last and what does it cost?

2-hour event: one hour of preparation and one hour of play (5–10 rounds), CHF 69 per person, Monday/Tuesday only. 3-hour event: one hour of preparation and two hours of play (10–20 rounds), CHF 89 per person. Wednesday/Thursday special: 3-hour event for CHF 69. Equipment, supervision and 400 paintballs are included; all prices include VAT. The organiser plays free with groups of 16 or more.

How do I change the number of players?

Question 9

Which group sizes and ages can take part?

Accepted Answer

Individuals and small groups can join other participants at a regular event. At least eight participants in total are needed. Exclusive private events: Mon–Thu 20–40, Fri–Sun 25–40 people, by written agreement. Minimum age: 12 Mon–Thu, 14 Fri–Sun, 12 for private events. Under-18s need the consent form; bookings by minors require a parent or guardian.

Are we supervised?

Yes. Instructors supervise the entire event, including playing time. Instruction, a briefing video and practice shooting are part of preparation. No previous experience is needed.
