OYM

For your conference, meeting, workshop or gala, we create an event at OYM tailored to your requirements. We welcome companies and private individuals and develop bespoke formats for up to 170 people. Our team supports the organisation and coordinates spaces, infrastructure and catering to suit your needs.

Our event areas are located within a centre for elite sport and research. Conference rooms and catering areas provide you with a setting for professional exchange and shared experiences. Available equipment includes WiFi, screens, projectors and projection screens, flipcharts and lecterns, as well as sound and lighting technology. Air conditioning, ventilation, backstage rooms and cloakrooms are also available; the surroundings include a terrace. We will clarify together which equipment you need for your event.

Culinary support is provided by our own kitchen. For special events, you can also exclusively book our restaurant in the main building, which is normally reserved for athletes. We prepare your quotation individually based on scope and requirements. The accessible main building is located in Cham; approximately 40 paid parking spaces are available for your arrival, with additional spaces available upon request.
