Reviews
Everything was excellent, just as I have come to expect from Novotel! A super warm welcome, a wonderful and genuinely friendly team, a great swimming pool and an excellent location. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. Everything made the stay easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. A very special mention goes to Stefan at the Front Desk — truly the soul of the reception! He has that rare ability to make every guest feel genuinely welcome. Always smiling, warm and attentive, while remaining 100% professional and efficient. You can immediately see that he enjoys working with people and cares about the guest experience. His positive energy and natural hospitality really stand out. Thank you Stefan and the whole Novotel team for such a lovely stay. I will definitely be happy to come back!
