About us
Nordic gastronomy and corporate dining in Aubonne
During your visit, you will discover our Nordic world throughout the space: solid wood furniture, handcrafted tables and tableware, and restrained colours characterise the atmosphere. With our tasting menus, we advise you on suitable beverage pairings. Our selection includes Swiss and European wines as well as local and Baltic craft beers.
The house also includes Njørd Café. Here we combine the Swedish fika tradition with a relaxed brasserie and regional products. For your corporate event, we offer customisable menus; our team supports the planning of your shared meal. In summer, the garden complements your experience. If you would like to combine your restaurant visit with an overnight stay, we offer a partner package with the Afterwork Hotel including transfer, subject to availability and separate table reservation.

Une expérience exquise ! Un service dévoué et des mets aussi originaux qu'excellents tant salé que sucré ! Le cadre est très agréable également.
Un grand moment culinaire passé dans ce restaurant. Mets orientés poissons, avec de belles surprises en 8 plats. Les saveurs sont recherchées, avec une grande carte des vins. Le personnel est très accueillant et compétent dans tous les domaines. Allez-y les yeux fermés si vous aimez les produits de la mer.
Magnifique et delicieux
Très belle découverte et expérience culinaire, tout au poisson ! On se sent bien... marié avec d'excellents vins, suisses, pour la plupart, en se laissant guider avec un professionnalisme et passion de notre serveur. Terrasse très agréable pour prendre l'apéro. Personnel et service parfaits. Tout était divin. Je recommande.
