About us

Conferences, seminars and receptions in the museum of timekeeping

At the Musée international d'horlogerie, you combine your event with the world of timekeeping. Our museum in La Chaux-de-Fonds offers you three different indoor spaces for conferences, seminars and receptions. You can choose between the large Hans Erni hall, the Carillon seminar room and the Les Pas Perdus reception area.

The versatile Hans Erni hall has 280 seats and can also be arranged for a banquet. The mural "La Conquête du Temps" provides a special setting for your event. For presentations, you have access to a large screen, projector, WiFi and a sound system. For receptions and aperitifs, we provide bar trolleys and glasses free of charge. The hall has special facilities for people with disabilities.

In the Carillon room, you work with 16 seats at tables. For a conference without tables, up to 30 places are possible. Screen, projector and WiFi support your programme. Les Pas Perdus is ideal for a coffee break or an aperitif with around 80 standing guests at high tables. Rental prices for all three areas are available upon request.

You can reach our museum from the station in about five minutes on foot. The architecture is embedded in a park and leads through several levels through the history of timekeeping. This gives our venue a distinctive cultural setting for your gathering.
