Musée Ariana

For your reception, gala dinner or working session, we combine a special event setting with ceramics, glass and stained glass at Musée Ariana. During the day we welcome meetings and working groups; in the evening our Grand Hall is available for prestigious receptions. Marble columns, an impressive vault and the dome characterise the historic space with its architecture inspired by Italian palace architecture.

In the Grand Hall we welcome up to 350 people for a cocktail or up to 220 people for a seated gala dinner. These maximum numbers include service and security personnel. The usable area is approximately 500 m². For events with a maximum of 50 people, the gallery above the ground floor offers a more intimate setting. When the Grand Hall is privatised, your guests additionally receive access to our collection rooms and temporary exhibitions. Upon request, we organise paid guided tours in German, French or English.

Our coordination team supports the administrative organisation of your event. We recommend vetted catering and technical partners. Catering, technical production, furniture, cloakroom service and decoration must be organised separately; building security and final cleaning are included in the rental fee. We will agree the specific arrangement with you taking into account cultural heritage protection.

Please plan ahead: typically, dates are requested four to twelve months in advance. For the Grand Hall, set-up is scheduled from 3 pm and dismantling until 1 am the following day. Your guests can arrive for cocktails from 6.30 pm and for seated dinners from 7.30 pm. Weddings and comparable private celebrations are not part of our rental offer. Amplified or electrified music is not permitted in the museum. The park is not included in the rented event spaces.
