Moonshiners

In our cocktail bar in the old town of Neuchâtel, the art of mixology takes centre stage. Since May 2023, we have welcomed you with classic cocktails and our own signature creations. We also offer a selection of spirits, beers and wines from around the world. Curiosity, hospitality, expertise and passion define our work behind the bar.

If you would like to discover something new together with your colleagues or friends, we organise experiences centred around mixology. We can also help you plan a suitable event for a stag or hen party. Our cocktail courses are designed for the curious, enthusiasts and professionals. For groups of eight or more people, we create a bespoke workshop tailored to your schedule and preferences. For our courses by registration, you can participate alone, in pairs or with a small group; these take place with a minimum of eight registrations and a maximum of twelve participants.

Our programme also includes tastings and regular live music evenings. This allows you to combine your visit with the discovery of new drinks or a concert. For your group experience, we will discuss the appropriate format and availability together.
